MarketingAgents FAQ for your marketing team
Find answers about hiring agents, reviewing deliverables, connecting tools, and managing billing. MarketingAgents keeps recurring marketing work organized around your company brief and your approval.
-
What does MarketingAgents do?
MarketingAgents gives your company a team of specialized AI marketing agents. Hire SEO, Content, Social Media, Ads, Email, Competitor Research, and Reporting agents for recurring work. Each has a written scope, a cadence, a desk of deliverables waiting for approval, and a work history. Browse the agent roster to choose who owns each job.
-
How do agents learn our brand and avoid generic output?
All agents read one shared company brief covering brand voice, your offer, ideal customer, products, banned claims, and reference material. That brief gives recurring work a consistent business context. Review drafts against your own standards, edit wording, or request changes when an output needs a closer fit. You decide whether a deliverable is ready.
-
How do agents hand work to each other?
An SEO brief goes to the Content Agent. A Content draft goes to the Social Media and Email agents for channel-specific work. The Reporting Agent tells each agent what to change based on connected sources. These handoffs share context within the workspace, while every agent keeps its own scope and work history. The workflow guide explains the review process.
-
Can anything publish without my approval?
No. Every output goes to your approval desk. Approve, edit, request changes, or reject the deliverable before it ships. Connected tools use official APIs, email drafts are pushed as drafts, and publishing happens only after approval. A recurring schedule prepares work for review and does not remove your control over the final output.
-
How do roles and history help my team review work?
Owner, approver, editor, and viewer roles define responsibility in the workspace. Agent work history and audit logs give your team a record to review alongside deliverables. Seats depend on the plan, from 1 on Starter to unlimited on Enterprise. Use that structure to decide who prepares feedback and who approves work.
-
Can the Ads Agent change campaigns or budgets?
No. The Ads Agent reads connected campaign data to analyze performance and suggest changes. It creates ad concepts, copy variants, keyword ideas, and audience ideas. Access to Google Ads, Meta Marketing, and LinkedIn Ads is read-only. It never changes budgets or applies campaign changes. Your team decides which recommendations to implement.
-
Where does our company and client data stay?
Your company brief, agent work, and deliverables stay in your workspace. Client brands have separate workspaces and their own briefs, so review happens in the relevant brand context. MarketingAgents uses encryption in transit and at rest. Read the security overview for roles, audit logs, and Enterprise SSO through SAML.
-
Is our data used to train your agents?
No. Our agents do not use customer data for training. They use your workspace brief and connected sources as context for your marketing work. You can export your data and request deletion. For questions about access, export, or deletion, email [email protected] and describe the workspace and request without including passwords or access tokens.
-
Which AI models do the agents use?
MarketingAgents uses leading AI models. Routine work uses an economical model, with premium model tasks available where the subscription allows them. The product applies cost limits per plan so model usage stays within the scope you purchase. Review is still part of the workflow, including when a deliverable uses a premium model.
-
What counts as an agent task?
One task is one deliverable. That can be an SEO audit up to the plan page limit, a blog draft up to 1,800 words, a week of social posts for one network, an ad concept set, an email, a competitor digest, or a report. Tasks count as usage in the billing period. Deleting a deliverable never gives a task back.
-
Can I cancel and receive a refund?
Cancel anytime and retain access until the end of the paid period. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Payments are final, with no refunds under the refund policy. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal and does not create a refund.
-
How do yearly billing and upgrades work?
Choose Monthly or Yearly billing, with Yearly selected by default and labeled Save 50%. Moving to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly charges the difference immediately. Starter costs $49 monthly or $288 yearly, Team $149 or $888, Department $499 or $2,988, and Enterprise $1,490 or $8,940. Department and Enterprise include invoices.
-
Can I see an agent work before paying?
Use the one-time preview in the homepage hero. Pick an agent, enter your site, and see the first deliverable with part blurred. This is the only complimentary run. Recurring work requires a paid subscription, with agents and usage limits defined by the plan you choose.
-
Can an agency manage separate client brands?
Yes. Department supports up to 5 client workspaces, each with its own brief and all 7 agents, plus per-client monthly reports. It includes 10 seats, 700 tasks per month, a daily cap of 60, and 20 tracked competitors per brand. Monthly usage belongs to the subscription across its workspaces. Read about agency workflows.
-
What changes when our agency needs more brand capacity?
Enterprise supports up to 20 brands, all 7 agents per brand plus custom agent roles, unlimited seats, and 2,000 tasks per month with a cap of 150 per day. It includes all integrations plus custom API, SSO through SAML, SLA, and invoices. Enterprise is self-serve at $1,490 monthly or $745 per month billed yearly at $8,940.
