Security for your MarketingAgents workspace
MarketingAgents keeps company data organized by workspace and gives your team control over agent work. Your brief, deliverables, approvals, and work history stay in the relevant workspace. Our agents do not use customer data for training. Encryption in transit and at rest supports how that data is handled.
Keep brand context in its own workspace
A workspace contains the company brief your agents read, including brand voice, offer, ideal customer, products, banned claims, and reference material. It also contains the work those agents prepare and the review decisions connected to that work. This keeps the company context together throughout a recurring marketing workflow.
Agencies and teams managing multiple brands use a separate workspace and brief for each brand. Department supports up to 5 brands, while Enterprise supports up to 20. Agents work from the relevant client's context so reviewers assess deliverables against that client's rules and audience.
Your company data stays in your workspace. Connected tools supply sources for the jobs you authorize, and publishing destinations receive approved work through their official APIs. The integration directory shows which connections each agent uses and how read-only advertising access works.
Your customer data does not train our agents
Our agents do not use customer data for training. They use your shared company brief and connected sources as context for the marketing work in your workspace. That context helps an agent prepare a draft or report for your review.
MarketingAgents uses leading AI models, with cost limits per plan and premium model task allowances where included. Model choice does not remove the approval step. Your reviewers check whether claims, tone, and recommendations are suitable for the company before any output is published.
Keep the brief focused on the marketing job. Add the offer, customer context, voice guidance, and banned claims your team needs to review. Revisit those instructions when the business changes so agents and reviewers work against the same current brief.
Protect data in transit and at rest
MarketingAgents uses encryption in transit and at rest. These protections apply alongside workspace organization, roles, and approval controls. They support data handling while your team connects sources, reviews work, and manages the information held in a workspace.
Security also depends on how people use the account. Assign review responsibilities deliberately and keep passwords and access tokens out of briefs, deliverable comments, and support messages. Marketing context belongs in the brief, while account credentials belong in the appropriate connection and sign-in flows.
Read the privacy policy for more information about personal data handling. For a question about your workspace or a data request, use [email protected] and describe what you need without sending credentials.
Give each person a defined responsibility
Owner, approver, editor, and viewer roles organize access and responsibility. Use them to distinguish workspace management, approval decisions, editing, and viewing. Seat allowances depend on the subscription, with 1 seat on Starter, 3 on Team, 10 on Department, and unlimited seats on Enterprise.
Enterprise includes single sign-on through SAML. It also includes an SLA. These features sit alongside the same workspace structure, approval desk, agent work history, and data handling controls used throughout the product. Compare plan details when selecting access requirements for your team.
Roles help make the human review step clear. Decide who owns the company brief, who checks claims, and who approves a deliverable. A schedule prepares work for those reviewers, while the approval desk keeps the decision attached to the output.
Follow the work before you approve it
Each agent has a written scope, cadence, deliverable desk, and work history. Agent audit logs give your team a record to review alongside the output. Those records support an ongoing review process when a draft needs changes or a reviewer wants to understand previous work.
Approve, edit, request changes, or reject a deliverable. Nothing is published without approval. Email connections push drafts as drafts, and publishing through connected services uses official APIs after approval. The workflow guide explains how briefs, handoffs, and review work together.
Handoffs preserve the agent structure. SEO briefs go to Content, Content drafts go to Social and Email, and Reporting gives each agent next actions. Your review remains part of the process as work moves from one role to another.
Keep advertising access read-only
The Ads Agent analyzes connected Google Ads, Meta Marketing, and LinkedIn Ads accounts read-only. It suggests changes, prepares concepts and copy variants, and develops keyword and audience ideas. It never changes budgets or applies campaign changes.
Reporting uses connected ad data to explain performance and identify next actions. That analysis also keeps ad access read-only. Your team evaluates recommendations and decides what to implement in the advertising platform. Approval of an analysis does not authorize a budget change by an agent.
Export your data or request deletion
You can export your workspace data and request deletion. Email [email protected] with the workspace and the request so support can help with the relevant account. Include a clear description of the data you want to export or delete without sending passwords or access tokens.
Deleting a deliverable never gives an agent task back. Tasks count as usage in the billing period, so data management and task usage remain separate considerations. Review what your team needs to retain before requesting deletion of work used in its marketing process.
Report a security issue
Report a security issue to [email protected]. Describe the affected page or feature, what you observe, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Include only the information needed to explain the behavior and keep credentials and unrelated customer data out of the message.
For routine account questions, the FAQ covers workspace data, approvals, models, and billing. Use the support address when you need help with a specific workspace, export, deletion, or security concern.
