AI marketing integrations for your agent team

MarketingAgents connects each specialized agent to the sources and publishing tools your company already uses. Every connection runs through official APIs, keeps ad account access read-only, and sends deliverables to your approval desk. Public site crawling and competitor research read public pages.

Connect tools around each agent's job

Every agent has a written scope and cadence. Connections support that job, while the shared company brief supplies your brand voice, offer, ideal customer, products, banned claims, and reference material. Connect the sources that help the agent prepare the deliverables you need to review.

Connected services use official APIs only. Site crawls and competitor page checks use public web pages rather than private account access. Publishing happens only after approval. Email drafts are pushed as drafts, and a recurring schedule does not authorize an agent to publish on its own.

Explore the agent roster to match connections to the roles you hire. The same source can inform more than one agent's work while each agent keeps its own scope, deliverables, and history.

SEO Agent

Google Search Console supplies search context for page work. A site crawl reads your public pages for technical and on-page audits. WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify connect the SEO Agent with the site content it works on.

  • Google Search Console.
  • Public site crawl.
  • WordPress.
  • Webflow.
  • Shopify.

The SEO Agent prepares audits, title and metadata rewrites, internal link suggestions, keyword-to-page maps, and content briefs. The page limit per audit depends on your plan. Its content brief can pass to the Content Agent, with review remaining part of the workflow.

Content Agent

WordPress and Webflow connect your content workflow to the places your team manages website copy. Google Docs export gives reviewers a document destination for written work. These connections support blog drafts, updates to older posts, and landing page copy.

  • WordPress.
  • Webflow.
  • Google Docs export.

The Content Agent writes from approved briefs and the shared company context. Review the draft, edit it, request changes, or reject it. Connected publishing happens only after approval. A completed draft also gives Social and Email agents source material for their channel-specific deliverables.

Social Media Agent

Connect the networks your company uses for weekly planning and post drafts. The Social Media Agent repurposes content, prepares a weekly post plan for each network, and suggests posting times.

  • LinkedIn.
  • X.
  • Facebook pages.
  • Instagram pages.

Publishing to these networks happens only after approval through their official APIs. A social deliverable covers one week of posts for one network, so work for another network is a separate agent task. Review the network context and wording before approving the posts.

Ads Agent

The Ads Agent reads campaign performance through official advertising APIs. It prepares weekly analysis, ad concepts, copy variants, keyword ideas, audience ideas, and suggested changes for your team to evaluate.

  1. 01Google Ads API with read-only access.
  2. 02Meta Marketing API with read-only access.
  3. 03LinkedIn Ads with read-only access.

The agent never changes budgets or applies campaign changes. A recommendation remains a recommendation until your team implements it in the advertising platform. Read about the Ads Agent for its full scope and the boundary between analysis and account changes.

Email Agent

Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and HubSpot connect the Email Agent to the platforms your company uses for newsletters and nurture work. The agent prepares newsletters, nurture sequences, subject line tests, and segment ideas.

  • Mailchimp.
  • Klaviyo.
  • HubSpot.

Drafts are pushed as drafts. Review the message, audience context, offer, and wording before approval. Nothing is published without approval. A sequence contains individual emails, and one email counts as one agent task, so consider the full sequence when reviewing your monthly workload.

Competitor Research Agent

The Competitor Research Agent uses public web pages only. It tracks competitor pages, pricing and messaging changes, new content, and positioning gaps, then prepares a weekly digest. It does not need private access to a competitor's accounts.

  • Public competitor web pages.

The number of tracked competitors depends on your plan. Department and Enterprise apply that limit per brand. Keep the client brief and tracked competitors in the relevant workspace so the digest addresses that brand's market context.

Reporting Agent

The Reporting Agent combines connected sources into weekly and monthly marketing reports. It explains what changes and gives next actions to each agent. Connected data determines what the report can address.

  1. 01Google Analytics 4.
  2. 02Google Search Console.
  3. 03Ad accounts through Google Ads, Meta Marketing, and LinkedIn Ads.
  4. 04Your connected email platform through Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.

Reports use read-only ad access. Reporting does not turn an analysis into an account change. Use the workflow guide to see how its recommendations return to the agents responsible for the next deliverables.

Choose the connection capacity your team needs

Starter connects 3 integrations and includes any 3 agents. Team and Department include all integrations. Enterprise includes all integrations plus custom API. Public page research follows the relevant agent's scope and plan limits.

Review pricing and limits alongside your agent choices. Department supports up to 5 client workspaces, while Enterprise supports up to 20 brands. Company briefs, work, and approvals stay within their workspace context.

Your company data is not used to train our agents. Read the security overview for encryption, roles, agent audit logs, data export, deletion, and Enterprise SSO through SAML. Connect the tools that support the work, then keep the approval decision with your team.
