Terms of Use

These terms govern business use of marketingagents.ai, including the homepage preview, accounts, subscriptions, AI agent work, and connected marketing tools. Read them before using the service or subscribing.

1. The service and this agreement

Last updated October 20, 2026.

The service is operated by the administrator of the marketingagents.ai service. References to we, us, and our mean the administrator of the marketingagents.ai service. You means the business customer and the person acting with authority on its behalf. The contact address is [email protected].

By accepting these terms when subscribing or creating an account, you agree to them for the relevant use. You must have authority to enter the agreement for your business. The service is intended for business use by people legally able to enter a binding agreement.

The Refund Policy forms part of the agreement. The Privacy Policy explains personal data handling, and the Cookie Policy describes strictly necessary cookies. The plan and billing term confirmed at checkout determine the subscription purchased. Mandatory legal rights apply even where these terms describe a narrower contractual remedy.

2. Accounts and authorized users

Signup requires an email address, a password, and a 6-digit code delivered by email. Provide accurate account information, keep your email current, and protect credentials and verification codes. Each person must use their own authorized access rather than sharing logins. The customer controls who may enter its workspace within the purchased seat allowance.

You are responsible for managing authorized users, their roles, and their activity, subject to applicable law concerning unauthorized access. Tell [email protected] promptly if an account or integration may have been compromised. Do not attempt to enter another customer's workspace or bypass access controls.

The account owner is responsible for subscription decisions and for ensuring that reviewers have authority to approve work. Removing a user or deleting content does not reverse activity already performed, restore consumed tasks, or cancel the subscription. Keep the account settings and workspace permissions appropriate to your business needs.

3. What MarketingAgents provides

MarketingAgents provides a team of specialized AI marketing agents for SEO, Content, Social Media, Ads analysis, Email, Competitor Research, and Reporting. Agents use your brief and authorized sources to prepare deliverables for your review. Supported integrations use official APIs, and AI outputs are generated using leading AI models.

The homepage provides a one-time preview run, limited to one per visitor per day. This is the only complimentary run. Ongoing agent work requires a paid subscription. The preview helps you assess an output before purchase and does not create an entitlement to continuing subscription access.

The service supports marketing work rather than promising a particular campaign outcome. Your brief, source quality, instructions, connected permissions, and review decisions affect the usefulness of the output. Features and limits are those described for the selected plan on the pricing page and confirmed at purchase.

4. Plans, prices and automatic renewal

Monthly subscriptions are Starter at $49 per month, Team at $149 per month, Department at $499 per month, and Enterprise at $1,490 per month. Yearly subscriptions are offered at half the monthly price on an annualized basis, with the full annual amount billed upfront. The amount and billing interval are shown before confirmation.

A subscription renews automatically for the selected billing interval until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize the payment operator to collect the initial charge and recurring renewal charges using the authorized payment method. Annual billing is an upfront annual commitment, rather than a monthly installment arrangement.

Review the checkout summary before confirming the plan and term. Your subscription pays for access for the period purchased, within the plan's limits, whether or not you use all available capacity. Any applicable taxes or other required checkout amounts must be shown before you authorize payment. Keep payment information current through the available billing controls.

5. Plans, limits and task usage

Each plan has defined allowances for agent access, tasks, workspaces, seats, integrations, and other resources described on the pricing page. Monthly allowances and daily limits both apply where included. An annual billing term does not remove monthly task limits. Premium model tasks, where included, count within total task usage.

One agent task means one deliverable. Tasks count as usage when consumed in the service. Deleting a deliverable does not return the task, restore a monthly allowance, or release daily capacity. Rejecting a deliverable because you dislike its wording does not by itself reverse usage or create a refund right.

Do not bypass usage controls, rotate identities to evade the preview limit, or use automation to defeat account restrictions. We may enforce the purchased limits and investigate abnormal activity. If you believe usage was recorded incorrectly, contact [email protected] with the affected task information so the record can be reviewed.

6. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation

An upgrade charges the difference immediately, as shown before you confirm it. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal and does not produce a refund for the current period. Review the effective date and charge before accepting a subscription change.

You may cancel anytime in account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and access continues through the end of the paid period unless suspension or termination is justified under these terms. Cancelling does not reverse a charge for a period that has started or produce a refund for unused time or tasks.

If payment fails, the payment operator may retry collection. A failed attempt does not cancel the subscription or make a later successful payment refundable. We may restrict access while an amount is overdue. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not erase a payment obligation already due for a started period.

7. Payment finality and disputes

Payments are final subject to the Refund Policy and applicable mandatory law. The contractual exceptions are verified duplicate charges, proved unauthorized charges reported within 14 days with supporting records, and total service failure reported at the time and not resolved. Requests go to [email protected] within 14 days of the charge, with the account email and charge date.

You request immediate service performance when subscribing. Any acknowledgment concerning statutory withdrawal rights operates only as applicable law permits, including any required separate consent or completion of performance. Nothing here excludes a withdrawal right, payment protection, or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

Starting a chargeback without first contacting [email protected] is a breach of these terms and leads to account closure, except where applicable law protects that process without prior contact or requires continued access. This rule does not restrict nonwaivable payment dispute rights. The Refund Policy explains the evidence reviewed and the limits of any contractual refund.

8. Review and approval of AI work

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, biased, or unsuitable for a particular campaign. Review factual statements, claims, references, permissions, tone, and legal compliance before approving or using any deliverable. Agent output is not professional legal, financial, or other regulated advice.

You are responsible for the content you approve and publish, including verifying claims and obtaining necessary rights and consents. A customer's approval is required before content is published through supported publishing actions. An authorized reviewer must understand the destination and scope of the action they approve. Editing or approval does not remove your duty to review the final version.

The Ads Agent is read-only. It analyzes advertising data and prepares recommendations, concepts, and copy. It never changes advertising budgets or applies campaign changes. Approving an advertising analysis does not authorize an agent to change a budget. Your team decides whether and how to implement recommendations in the advertising platform.

9. Acceptable use and customer responsibilities

Use the service only for lawful business purposes and within the permissions you hold. You must follow the rules of each connected platform or network, including restrictions on data access, content, advertising, and messaging. Approval by a workspace user does not override a platform rule or a legal obligation.

  • Do not send spam, facilitate unsolicited unlawful messaging, or bypass consent and unsubscribe requirements.
  • Do not create or distribute unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, or misuse personal information.
  • Do not impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent authorization, or create deceptive marketing claims.
  • Do not connect accounts without authority, obtain data through unauthorized access, or circumvent official API restrictions.
  • Do not introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, probe other customers' data, or evade security and usage controls.

You must have a lawful basis for personal data supplied to the service and provide required notices to the people concerned. Keep sensitive information out of briefs unless its processing is lawful and necessary for an authorized use. You remain responsible for your own marketing decisions and compliance obligations.

10. Your content and deliverables

You retain ownership of your content and own your approved deliverables as between you and us, subject to existing third-party rights and the extent ownership is recognized by applicable law. We do not claim ownership of your briefs, brand materials, or approved work because you use the service.

You grant us permission to host, copy, process, and transmit your content to the extent needed to provide the requested service, maintain security, and fulfill applicable obligations. This includes passing relevant prompt context to AI model providers acting on our behalf and sending approved content to an authorized connected destination.

Customer data is not used to train our agents. AI model providers process prompts on our behalf without training on customer data. AI generation does not establish that an output is exclusive, copyrightable, or free from third-party rights. Other users may receive similar output. Review deliverables before using them as proprietary campaign material.

11. Our software and materials

The service software, interface, agent orchestration, documentation, and brand elements remain protected by their applicable intellectual property rights. Your subscription grants permission to use the service for the purchased business purpose during the active subscription. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying platform.

Do not copy or resell the platform itself, misrepresent it as your own software, or remove rights notices. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law. Using approved deliverables in your business or client work remains subject to the ownership terms above and any third-party rights in the material.

12. Connected services and external dependencies

Integrations depend on official APIs, permissions you grant, and the availability and rules of the connected service. An external service can change access, impose limits, or revoke permissions. We may need to adjust an integration when those conditions change. A subscription does not override a connected service's terms or provide access you have not authorized.

You manage the connected account and can revoke permissions when appropriate. Disconnection stops further access through that authorization but does not automatically delete work already produced or retained billing and security records. External subscriptions, advertising spend, and other charges from your marketing tools are your responsibility unless expressly included in your purchase.

13. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, unlawful activity, misuse, a material breach, or a security threat. Where practical and lawful, we explain the reason and allow the issue to be resolved. Immediate restrictions may be necessary to protect accounts, data, or service operation.

We may close an account for a serious or unresolved breach, subject to applicable law and the payment dispute protections above. Termination does not transfer ownership of your content or eliminate rights already accrued. Request an eligible export or deletion through [email protected]. Data handling after closure follows the Privacy Policy and any applicable processing obligations.

14. Service limitations and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, search rankings, advertising returns, sales, or other marketing results. AI output and third-party data require human judgment. Any expressly agreed service commitment remains subject to its stated terms.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses arising from unreviewed AI output or unauthorized customer actions. Our aggregate contractual liability relating to an affected subscription period is limited to the amount you actually paid for that period.

These limitations do not exclude liability that applicable law prohibits excluding, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct where protected, or restrict nonwaivable statutory remedies. They also do not remove obligations that mandatory data protection law imposes. You should retain copies of business materials needed independently of your subscription.

15. Resolving disputes

Contact [email protected] first with the account email, the issue, and the resolution you seek so we can attempt to resolve the matter. Do not include passwords or complete payment credentials. Billing requests should include the charge date and follow the Refund Policy where applicable.

If the matter cannot be resolved through support, it is handled under applicable mandatory law, including the jurisdiction and remedies that law provides. These terms do not impose an exclusive court, compulsory arbitration process, or waiver of rights that mandatory law preserves. Contractual contact requirements operate subject to those rights.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. The date above identifies the current version. We communicate material changes through an appropriate account or service notice and provide notice before changes take effect where required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or rewrite a completed purchase.

Price or plan changes affecting a future renewal are communicated before they apply, with the opportunity to cancel before that renewal. Any additional acceptance or consent required by law will be obtained. Contact [email protected] for questions about these terms, your subscription, or account access.
