Refund Policy

MarketingAgents subscriptions pay for access during a selected period. Payments are final except for the limited circumstances below and rights that applicable mandatory law preserves.

1. All sales are final

Last updated October 20, 2026.

This policy forms part of the Terms of Use for the service operated by the administrator of the marketingagents.ai service. It applies to initial subscriptions, renewals, annual payments, and charges for subscription upgrades. Contact [email protected] with billing questions.

You purchase access to a B2B SaaS subscription for a specified period. Access for that period is granted in full at its start, subject to your plan's usage limits. The charge pays for that access, whether you use every available task or use the service at all. An annual subscription is paid upfront for the annual period.

The homepage offers a one-time preview run, limited to one per visitor per day, so you can assess an agent's output before paying. This is the only complimentary use. Review that output, the pricing page, the billing term, and these policies before subscribing.

By subscribing, you request the immediate start of the service and acknowledge losing any statutory withdrawal right once performance has begun, to the extent applicable law permits. Where mandatory law requires separate express consent, acknowledgment, full performance, or another condition before a withdrawal right ends, that requirement applies. This policy does not remove a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

2. Reasons that do not qualify for a refund

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, the following reasons do not qualify for a refund.

  • Changing your mind after subscribing or deciding the service is no longer needed.
  • Not using the service, leaving tasks unused, or not completing account or integration setup.
  • A renewal collected after failed payment attempts or after an earlier payment retry failed.
  • Believing a recurring subscription was a one-off purchase despite the subscription terms shown at checkout.
  • Forgetting to cancel before a renewal charge or overlooking a renewal notice.
  • Dissatisfaction with the wording, style, usefulness, or quality of AI output that requires customer review.
  • Expecting a feature or result that was not described on the pricing page when you purchased.
  • Selecting the wrong plan or billing term, including choosing annual billing unintentionally.
  • Cancelling during a paid period and requesting payment back for its unused portion.
  • Sharing account logins or disagreeing with activity performed through shared credentials.

Deleting deliverables does not restore tasks and does not create a refund entitlement. Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal without a refund for the current period. An upgrade charges the difference immediately, as shown when you confirm the change.

These exclusions do not prevent review of a charge that meets an exception below. Sharing a login, for instance, does not remove a nonwaivable right to dispute a payment that was legally unauthorized.

3. The only contractual exceptions

Outside rights required by mandatory law, a refund is available only for a verified duplicate charge, a proved unauthorized charge reported within 14 days and supported by records, or a total failure of the service reported when it occurred and not resolved. Dissatisfaction with an individual deliverable is not a total failure of the service.

For a duplicate charge, identify the charges that paid twice for the same subscription obligation. For an unauthorized charge, explain why it was not authorized and provide relevant records that can be checked against account activity and payment records. Do not email full card numbers, passwords, authentication codes, or integration tokens.

For a total failure, report the problem at the time it occurs and describe the affected account, the actions attempted, and the resulting behavior. The report must allow the issue to be investigated and addressed. A temporary problem that is resolved, a disconnected customer integration, or exhaustion of a plan allowance does not by itself meet this exception.

Any refund under these contractual exceptions is limited to the amount actually paid for the affected period and is returned to the original payment method. It does not include lost revenue, expected campaign results, time spent, or third-party expenses. Mandatory statutory remedies remain available where applicable.

4. How to request a review

Email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. Include your account email, the charge date, the reason for the request, and records supporting the relevant exception. For a duplicate charge, include enough transaction information to distinguish the payments without sharing sensitive payment credentials.

We review the request against the subscription, usage, acceptance, and payment records. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your authority over the account or clarify the charge. The contractual reporting deadline does not shorten a deadline that mandatory law gives you.

Starting a chargeback without first contacting [email protected] is a breach of the Terms of Use and leads to account closure, except where applicable law protects your right to use that process without prior contact or requires continued access. This contact requirement does not restrict nonwaivable payment dispute rights. A chargeback does not automatically establish that a refund is due.

5. Renewals, failed payments and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime in account settings to stop the next renewal. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period, subject to the Terms of Use. Cancellation does not reverse a charge for a period that has already started.

If a payment fails, the payment operator may retry collection of the outstanding charge. A failed attempt does not itself cancel the subscription or make a later successful collection refundable. We may restrict access while an amount remains unpaid. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not erase an amount already due for a started period.

Review the plan, price, billing interval, and renewal information in your account before confirming cancellation or a subscription change. A downgrade applies at the next renewal, without a refund for the current period. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront at half the monthly subscription price on an annualized basis, rather than collected in monthly installments.

6. Records used to review charges

We retain records relevant to purchases and billing disputes, including the purchase time, the plan and price shown at checkout, acceptance of the terms, the confirmation email, and account activity logs. The payment operator retains payment records, including bank authentication records such as 3D Secure where used.

These records help establish what was purchased, whether the payment was authenticated, when access became available, and whether an exception applies. We use and retain relevant personal data as explained in the Privacy Policy, including where accounting obligations or a dispute require retention.

Policy changes apply as described in the Terms of Use and do not remove mandatory rights relating to earlier purchases. For a request about this policy or an existing charge, use [email protected].
